Zendesk Explore features a prebuilt dashboard to help you monitor your Zendesk Sell product sales. The Products dashboard can help you identify information about your product sales, such as how many products were sold over time or which products sold the most.

Accessing the Products dashboard
Use the following procedure to access the Products dashboard.
To access the dashboard
- In Explore, click the Dashboard icon (
).

Understanding the Products dashboard reports
TheProductsdashboard shows information about your product sales, such as how many products were sold over time or which products sold the most. You can filter the reports on the dashboard byTime,Deal owner,Deal owner team, andDeal owner group.
Products dashboard headline metrics
This dashboard displays the following headline metrics (KPIs) for the time range you specify:
- Won deals: Displays the number of deals that were won.
- Sold products value: Displays the value of all products sold.
- Products - sold units: Displays the number of products sold.
- Avg discount on sold product: Displays the average discount across all products sold.
- Avg total discount on won deals: Displays the average discount across all won deals.
Products dashboard reports
This dashboard displays the following reports for the time range and data filters you specify:
- Units sold by month: Displays a line graph showing the number of products sold each month.
- Won deal value versus product quantity: Displays a dot chart showing the won deal value and quantity for each product.
- Quantity products sold by deal source: Displays a pie chart showing the number of products sold, broken out by deal source.
- Most won deals by product (top 10): Displays a bar chart showing the number of deals won, broken out by the top 10 products.
- Most lost deals by product (Top 10): Displays a column chart showing the number of deals lost, broken out by the top 10 products.
- Units sold by sales rep (Top 10): Displays a column chart showing the number of products sold, broken out by the top 10 deal owners.
- Sold products value by sales rep (Top 10): Displays a column chart showing the value of all products sold, broken out by the top 10 deal owners.
