What's changing and why?

Lookup relationship fields are now available in Explore for datasets that support custom fields. These types of custom fields are available in the following folders of the dataset:

• 票自定义字段
• Requester/User organization custom fields
• Requester/user custom fields

Because some custom fields might have similar names, custom lookup relationship fields in Explore have slightly modified names to help differentiate them. The attribute names of lookup relationship fields related to the Ticket object are appended with " - id". The attribute names of lookup fields with a related object of User or Organization are appended with either " - id" or " - name".

From what period of time is the new data available?

All existing customers with Explore access will be able to see this data starting from April 6, 2023 assuming the custom field was updated after that date. Any previous values for the custom field, including values selected before that date, are not available.

What do I need to do?

You don’t need to take any action to enable this functionality. However, if you don’t see a custom lookup field in Explore that you’re expecting, it might not have synced yet. SeeHow custom fields synchronize with Explore.
