It’s available as an add-on for Suite Professional and Enterprise plans, allowing you to achieve even more of your business goals, like increased cost savings, improved customer interactions with your bots, reduced agent onboarding time, and more.
If you have aneligibleonline-assistedaccount, you can buy the Advanced AI add-on directly from the shopping cart. You must be the account owner or billing admin to buy the add-on. If you have aself-serviceor managed account, contact your Zendesk account representative for purchasing instructions.
To buy the Advanced AI add-on
- InAdmin Center, click
账户in the sidebar, then selectBilling > Subscription.
A summary of your current plan appears.
- ClickManage.
If you don't see aManagebutton on the Subscription page, then you don't have permission to make changes. If there are additional products you can buy, you’ll see aNewbutton next to the More products tab.
- ClickMore products.
A list of products you can add to your account appears, including the Advanced AI add-on.
The Advanced AI add-on is listed only if your account meets therequirements for Advanced AI.
- To buy the Advanced AI add-on, clickAdd to subscription.
- ClickUpdate subscriptionto complete the purchase.

If we only need it for 1 brand and 1 agent although we have about 28 agents altogether, can we add the Advanced add-on only to one agent - buy just 1 add-on?

You have to buy it for all your agents at once. The feature can't be split by agent.
I'd like to actually use it and introduce it if it's okay.

Unfortunately, Advance AI features are not available for trial accounts at this time.
We have close to 100 users in ZD using Enterprise, however, only 20-30% of them would need this feature. Are you saying there is no way to accommodate those users besides also buying this feature for 70% of the org that does not need it?
Unfortunately, there is no method available to divide this on a per-agent basis. Consequently, the cost becomes prohibitively high, making it impractical for us to contemplate its utilization, especially considering that only 20% of our agents require this particular feature.
I'd love to add this to my support desk, but as others have said the pricing option is prohibitive. a third of agents would only benefit from it directly - I'd so much prefer a one-off flat fee per annum for the feature rather than on a per-agent basis.
Please reconsider this!

If I'm interested in the chatbot out of the box, I regret that you would be charging me based on the total number of seats I have into my account, whether they provide active support to customers or not. Having a different pricing adapted on the volume covered by AI would make more sense.
