Feature request: Ability to bulk delete tags even from Closed tickets

Would love the ability to fully remove old tags from the system. Currently, you can only delete tags from non-Closed tickets, so it's still possible to see and search for older tags. Thanks.

    +100 to this! There needs to an out-of-the-box solution for mass deleting Closed tickets. Forcing us to use scripts or API calls is not user friendly for this task.
