Multi Select Live Data Filters on Live Dashboards

We are happy to announce that multifilters for Live Data Dashboards are now live. You can now filter for up to 5 attributes across 2 dimensions.

I will second this. I have plenty of Zendesk customers who wish to be able to select multi groups on the same live dashboard.

It's quite literally completely unusable for my organization without multiselect, would love to see this added.

Agreed, we tend to sway customers away from Live Dashboards and suggest they use third-party apps instead in order to monitor live data.
Any instance with numerous brands and groups would struggle without the option to select more than one in a filter at once.
Why not match explore filters, the groundwork is already there?

We really need the option to filter for multiple groups or brands simultaneously.
In a multi-brand setup, the live dashboards are nearly useless because we want to have the option to make several live dashboards for e.g. one group on one dashboard, but multiple groups or brands on another.

Thank you for your feedback on the need to introduce a multifilter option on Live Data Filters. We are happy to share that we are currently working on this feature and plan to release it in the near future.
Soon you will be able to filter not by one but by up to five values in your Live Data Dashboard.

+1 as we have many Departments and Brands. We need to be able to filter up to 16 at a time
