Allow day customization for Week attributes
CompletadaIn Explore, it seems the week starts on Mondays by default, but it would be great if we have a way to customize this as our reporting starts on a different day.
Ideally the customizable attribute would work for all types of Zendesk Support metrics.

Already tried the recipe fromhttps://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025301513-Explore-recipe-Using-a-Sunday-to-Saturday-week-attribute, but this only works for count, d_count metrics, not for time-based metrics, CSAT, etc

Hi, we're actually looking into a week starting Saturday. Also, I've tried to follow this recipe fromhttps://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025301513-Explore-recipe-Using-a-Sunday-to-Saturday-week-attributeand tweaked it a bit; however, numbers were totally off and Zendesk support said it would only work for count or d_count metrics, not for time-based metrics.
Hope we can a way to customize the dates, or at least have a workaround for this limitation.

We need a week starting on Wednesday since our reporting is following a fiscal calendar. It would be great if someone from the Product team could give an answer if this added yet to the roadmap.

We too are in need ofStart of the week on Sunday.We report all our weekly metrics Sunday to Saturday, and this is going to make the shift to Zendesk a bit tedious when looking at "last week" data.
I'll be manually adjusting this until then, but it would be great to have this as an option in Settings called something like, "Select the start of your work week: _____________ " - Then, it would update whichever variable your system uses to calculate this.
Hoping to hear this is road mapped soon.
Off Topic: Our Zendesk implementation experience has not been the greatest one with all the Salesforce Integration issues that you had. It seems like we are finally in the clear there.

Thanks for your feedback! The ability to select which day of the week your report starts on is something that the Explore product team is working on. We don't have an ETA that we can share for when this feature will be available, but we will continue to update here as things progress. Be sure to follow this thread if you want to receive those updates.

Do the product managers have any comment on why there was a change made to the default start of week day? Why was it changed from Monday to Sunday as start of the week without any proper notice?

Have been looking through the recipes and trying to customize them to have the week start on Monday. However I have not had any luck so far.
Does anyone have a good solution for how to have this display corrected:
It is a very simple "Chat started - Day of week" which I need to have display as a normal week. I cannot restrict the dates used much in the query itself, as the date filter needs to be available for use in the dashboard where the query is to be displayed.
