As is, it is not possible to use Triggers, Macros and Automations to automatically have WhatsApp notifications sent to clients. This can be used for your benefit in numerous ways. For instance, you can ask a client for more information before an agent can speak with them. When a person does not respond to a message after a certain amount of time, you can have a reminder sent to her. The options are seemingly endless.Luckily, Respira Internet has created a WhatsApp connector that allows you tosend WhatsApp messages as a result of Triggers, Macros and Automations.

How it works

By combining the power of Sunshine Conversations with that of WhatsApp, we have been able to get the most out of what WhatsApp has to offer. The connector uses the Sunshine Conversations API to send the notifications and the Zendesk API to create tickets, update views, etc. so your agents can see what is going on directly in Zendesk Support.

Our connector can currently be found in theZendesk Marketplace. As the connector relies on Sunshine Conversations, it is required that you have an active Sunshine Conversations license.
