I'm wondering if it's possible to create an application using a framework that can capture Talk events. We have a general idea of what we want to achieve, and I've outlined the main points below:
- When an inbound call is received in Talk,
- Our app should be able to intercept the incoming call event and retrieve the associated phone number.
- The app should then open a browser window in another web-based SaaS product, which is developed internally. The URL of the product is10.0.0.0.1.
- Within our product, we need to make an API call to the Talk API to retrieve the customer record from Zendesk.
The challenge I'm facing is that I'm unable to locate the documentation regarding the Talk events that can be intercepted. I came across a guide that seems to suggest the existence of such events. Could you please advise on how I can find the relevant documentation for these events?

Hi there! Could you share the guide where you saw this information? As far as I'm aware, we don't have any events for inbound calls from our voice product...the closest that we have isfor outbound calls, when you're signed up for Talk Partner Edition. As it stands, without that logic, the rest of this is not possible, so if you could point me in the direction of that guide, I may be able to figure out where they were going with this!
