Generic Placeholders for Webhooks (e.g. current_month)

    Hey Raptus.

    Depending how you're passing data to the webhook, you might be able to get this data with Liquid, store it in a variable and include in the Webhook message.

    Here's an older threadwhere some examples exist on using Liquid to capture and output a date. As far as I know, you can still use Liquid in webhooks with Zendesk, so you might be able to generate the data you need at the time of execution and send it the payload message.

    Sorry I don't have a complete solution for you, but really curious to hear back if you figure it out!
