    Hi Ilaria.

    This line of text is controlled by whats set in theEnd user's instructionsin the Ticket Forms settings.

    To change the instructions that end users see for multiple ticket forms
    1. Click theAdminicon () in the sidebar, then selectManage > Ticket forms.
    2. InAdmin Center, click theObjects and rulesicon () in the sidebar, then selectTickets > Forms.
    3. Enter text in theEnd user instructionsfield.


    If you want that to be translated depending on the language, you must create a dynamic content which includes all your supported language variants and use that placeholder in the setting.
