    The Zendesk Support in Jira can only see the linked ticket details such as status, priority, and type and all communications with a customer by viewing the Zendesk ticket comments in Jira.




    The Jira integration can link, track, and sync information between Zendesk tickets and Atlassian Jira issues. However, as a Jira user, they can only view details about tickets linked to your issues, and add comments to linked tickets.
