Change an agent status for a messaging channel via API when Unified Agent Statuses are disabled

    Hi Michael! I did some investigation and it looks like the only way to update agent statuses in a messaging channel would be with unified agent statuses. It's not super clearly defined, but inour API docs, it does limit the update functionality to only the unified agent status API.
